By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Zen Plus Wellness ("we," "us," "our"), whether through our website booking form, check-in form, or any other method, you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from us at the phone number you provided.

These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service updates and notifications
  • Promotional offers and special deals
  • Loyalty rewards and membership updates

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can book appointments, purchase services, or buy gift cards without consenting to marketing messages.

2. Eligibility

By opting in to our SMS program, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are the subscriber of the phone number provided, or have authorization from the subscriber to receive text messages at that number

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive:

  • An initial confirmation message when you opt in
  • Appointment confirmation and reminder messages
  • Periodic promotional messages (no more than 4 per month)

Zen Plus Wellness does not charge for text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your carrier for details about your specific plan.

5. Carrier Support

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. carriers. However, we are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us.
